Old favourite, The Sanderson, have teamed up with top chef, Allan Pickett to launch its first ever summer restaurant residency.
A brand new menu concept will blend classic and contemporary cooking served in the gorgeous surrounds of Sanderson’s famed garden.
For food lovers, this will be the perfect opportunity to sample Allan’s (ex-Plateau and Orrery) cuisine which will reflect the seasonality of British produce.
Allan Pickett at Sanderson will offer set lunch menus from £20 for two courses, as well as a signature Market Menu, specially designed around the produce of the day, with dishes such as Seared Red Mullet, with Onion Farcie and Saffron Rouille Sauce and desserts like Caramelized Apricots, Fresh Almonds and Cocoa Nib Tuille.
