We love a pop up but, with chefs who have collectively trained in some of the world’s top restaurants; think The Fat Duck, Galvin at windows, Le Gavroche, The Square, Maze and Danesfield house, this is not your everyday London Pop Up.
We won’t spoil the ever changing and inventive menu for you but it does combine some very interesting and unlikely ingredients – that work remarkably well! Think along the lines of a dessert that includes black olive! All presented with refined attention to detail that you don’t tend to always get from a pop up. The Cuisson team are definitely adventuring beyond your typical temporary dinner spot or supper club.
There are plenty of Instagram moments for you budding food photographers with the beautifully presented plates as well as opportunity for those who like to get hands on with their food as diners are actively encouraged to help with the preparation of each course. The perfect way to discover more about each dish and the fusions behind the flavours.
We didn’t know what to really expect from the Cuisson team, but Pop Down definitely delivered an amazing interactive dining experience. and for other diners on other evenings, their experiences may well be equally as enjoyable yet totally different.
With communal seating on a handful of tables it is a very social evening or the perfect place for a group of friends to dine out.
Pop Down runs for another month or so, so grab some friends and some tickets now before you miss out!
