HATCHETTS Head Chef, Andrew Evans, has spent the last 20 years working alongside some of this country’s greatest chefs including Mark Hix (The Ivy), Gordon Ramsay (Restaurant Gordon Ramsay), Marcus Wareing (Petrus), Angela Hartnett (Murano), and Fergus Henderson (St John.) Andrew was recently Head Chef at The Colonel Fawcett where he was awarded Best Sunday Roast by OFM in 2014.
