Here are two of the absolute stand out dishes at @adamhandlingchelsea wild garlic risotto, charred broccoli & curd & for dessert, “compressed cucumber, burnt basil & dill” (!!) Thoroughly spoilt (and THEN they bought me out an edible candle, I mean.... *SWOON*
