Campo Viejo’s Lake of Colour

Fancy blending your own wine? Like live music? Enjoy tapas? All on a floating bar? Then a visit to Campo Viejo’s Lake of Colour is a must this weekend.

Makers of the UK’s favourite Spanish wine, Campo Viejo, are rocking into town in style with a brand new event, open for four days only.

Set on a floating bar in Clapham Common, Campo Viejo’s Lake of Colour will be the winery’s home away from home where visitors will be immersed in all things Rioja. Guests will be transported to Campo Viejo’s colourful home, taking in the sights, sounds and most importantly tastes of Campo Viejo as you enjoy wine blending, tapas eating and live music.

Campo Viejo’s exciting Blend Your Own Wine masterclasses are making an appearance at Lake of Colour. These once in a lifetime classes, not offered outside of any other wineries in the world, are led by two of Campo Viejo’s most experienced wine experts. Four classes will run per evening on Thursday and Friday, and classes will run throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets can be purchased in advance or on the day, buy now to guarantee your spot.

Campo

As well as the delicious range of red Rioja wines Campo Viejo offers, its first ever Viura-Tempranillo Blanco 2015 will be available to enjoy. Why not head to the bar to purchase a cool, crisp glass of the new wine – perfect to sip with friends as the sun sets over the Lake of Colour.

Hot off the festival circuit are popular band The Fontanas, who are going to be performing live sets daily, playing a range of infectious, feel good Spanish-inspired tunes. The supremely cool team from Spanish Lab will also be providing tapas treats throughout the whole weekend for guests to enjoy with a glass of Campo Viejo.

Head down to Campo Viejo’s Lake of Colour with your friends, grab a table and chairs and a glass of Rioja, and add bit of colour to your day.

Over 18s only. Entrance to the Lake of Colour is free and on a first come first served basis. Tickets to a Blend Your Own Wine masterclass cost £15 plus booking fee.
