The Gilbert Scott’s Live Herb Garden in partnership with Grey Goose, is now officially open in the bar. Bringing a little part of the French Riviera to King’s Cross, the indoor Provençal herb garden provides the bar tenders with fresh garnishes to pick and add to their summer twists on the Bloody Mary, as well as other delicious seasonal cocktails.
We couldn’t resist sampling all three Bloody Marys on offer; the classic, one with orange and another with fennel.
Their new ‘pots’ are a great addition and perfect to share; we plumped for a light refreshing chickpea and whipped feta option as well as a richer foie gras pot to spread on some crisp bruschetta.
